1. Use of Services

You agree to use Coleman's Coach services only for lawful purposes. You may not use our services to engage in illegal, harmful, or disruptive behavior. Misuse may result in cancellation of service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or guardian to use our services.

3. Booking & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit may be required at time of booking. Full payment must be received before service begins unless other arrangements have been made.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made in less than 72 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund. No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Coleman's Coach is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other third-party events. Personal belongings left in the vehicle are the responsibility of the passenger. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

6. Passenger Conduct

All riders are expected to behave respectfully toward drivers and fellow passengers. No abusive language, unsafe behavior, or intoxication will be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove any passenger violating this policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, branding, and promotional materials is the property of Coleman’s Coach and may not be reused without permission.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed under the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
